Fishing and boating are popular at Watson and Willow lakes close to downtown as well as at Goldwater Lake, also within the city limits. Canoes and kayaks can be rented on weekends. Lynx Lake and Granite Basin Lake in the Prescott National Forest offer hiking, camping, boating and fishing.
