PRESCOTT, Ariz. — Corporación de La Fonda announced today that it has closed the sale of the Hassayampa Inn, a 67-room full-service art-deco hotel built in 1927 and located in beautiful Prescott, Ariz. The property was acquired by Michael V. Kouvelas, current general manager of the hotel.

Kouvelas is an Arizona resident and second-generation hotelier as principal of Aris Ventures, LLC and owner of Aris Hospitality Management, LLC.
