The Hassayampa Inn offers the finest in corporate meeting facilities for large or small companies in the Prescott area. When you have 10 or more participating in your meetings, your company will qualify for our "Special Group Meeting Rates" which includes special pricing for overnight accommodations.

At the Hassayampa Inn, each group is provided with a Conference Coordinator to assist in all the details of coordinating meetings. This assures that all meeting components - including food and beverage, breakout rooms, audio visual needs and accommodations - are handled by one single source. We will answer every question you have about our capabilities, availability, costs, and facilities promptly and completely.

Each meeting room is equipped with comfortable chairs; wide conference tables, solid walls. The meeting rooms are also located near refreshment break stations. All break stations are stocked with a selection of drinks, and snacks.

The Hassayampa Inn also has on-site Audio Visual Staff to assist with any questions for your event. Our staff is dedicated to assist you from start to finish. The facility maintains an inventory of audio visual and presentation technology to support all meeting needs.
